Merle’s younger brother Daryl, was hot headed and untrustworthy in the beginning. Surviving with the group has brought out the best in him and he can now be counted upon to do what’s best for the group. At one point Daryl wore rotting zombie ears as a necklace.

Daryl needs a bigger storyline. Why doesn’t Rick ever use him or anything? He is the best of the group.
